HOW TO REGISTER A ONE PERSON COMPANY?
STEP 1: Application for a DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE (DSC).
STEP 2: Application for Director Identification Number (DIN).
STEP 3: Application for Name Application Approval (Form SPICe + Form 32 Application)

STEP 6: Issuance of COI (Certificate of Incorporation) by ROC (registrar of companies).
Who is not eligible to form an OPC?
As per the companies act, 2013 the following persons shall not be eligible for formation of OPC:
- MINOR
- FOREIGN CITIZEN
- NON RESIDENT
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
- The MOA (Memorandum of Association) and AOA (Articles of Association) of the company.
- Nominee to be appointed under FORM INC-3 along-with PAN card and AADHAR card.
- Documents pertaining to the registered office of the company along-with ownership and NOC from the owner.
- Form INC-9 AND DIR-2 for declaration and consent of proposed director.
- Certification by a professional for fulfilling of all the compliances.
SOME MANDATORY COMPLIANCES FOR OPC
- 1.One half yearly board meeting each and the gap of the two meeting should not be less than 90 days.
- Proper compliances to be followed such as maintenance of books of accounts and audit of statements of finance.
- Other compliances as per the Income tax act for companies.
- Filing of Form AOC-4 and ROC annual return in FORM MGT-7.
